By accessing or using SalarySlip (salaryslip.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before use.

By using SalarySlip, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SalarySlip provides a free, browser-based tool that allows users to create salary slip documents for personal or business use. The service operates entirely client-side — no data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SalarySlip only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the service to create fraudulent, falsified, or misleading payslip documents intended to deceive any person, financial institution, government body, or employer
Use generated documents for identity fraud, mortgage fraud, visa fraud, or any other illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the service
Introduce any malicious code, virus, or harmful content
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

⚠️ Important: Payslips generated by SalarySlip are for legitimate personal record-keeping and internal business purposes only. Misuse to fraudulently obtain loans, visas, or other benefits is illegal and may result in criminal prosecution. SalarySlip accepts no liability for misuse.

4. Intellectual Property

The SalarySlip software, design, branding, and content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

The salary slip documents you generate are your own — you own the output. You may use, print, and distribute the generated payslips freely for your own legitimate purposes.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The service will be available at all times without interruption
Generated payslip calculations are accurate, complete, or compliant with any particular jurisdiction's labour or tax law
The generated documents will be accepted by any employer, bank, government body, or other third party

Always verify payroll calculations independently, especially for official or legal purposes. SalarySlip is a productivity tool, not a certified payroll system.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalarySlip and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service — including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The service may contain links to third-party websites or load resources from third-party CDNs (Google Fonts, cdnjs.cloudflare.com). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
