1. Our Commitment to Copyright
SalarySlip respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on salaryslip.online in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it (e.g. URL)
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistaken or misidentified DMCA claim, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district, or if outside the US, to any judicial district in which SalarySlip may be found
Send counter-notices to the same address as takedown notices above.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, SalarySlip will disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
