All data you type into the salary slip generator (employee names, salaries, allowances, deductions, company names, etc.) is processed entirely in your browser. It is never transmitted to our servers, never stored in any database, and never shared with any third party.

1.2 Automatically collected data

Like most websites, we may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit salaryslip.online:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring URL
• Approximate geographic region (country/state level, via IP address)

This data is collected in aggregate and is used solely to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the product. We do not use this to identify individual users.

1.3 Cookies and local storage

SalarySlip may store minimal data in your browser's localStorage to remember your last-used template preference and zoom level. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

• html2canvas & jsPDF — client-side libraries loaded from CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). These run entirely in your browser and do not transmit data.

5. Data Security

Because your payslip data is never transmitted to our servers, the risk of a server-side data breach exposing your salary information is zero. The security of your data in transit (e.g. your local Wi-Fi network) is your own responsibility.

For the website itself, we maintain industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption.

6. Children's Privacy

SalarySlip is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our site, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to the processing of your data
